First Congregational Church Preschool
Our preschool offers classes for 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds. The program offers a holistic approach to learning with a balance of intellectual stimulation, social skills and physical development.
The 3- and 4-year-old classes are operated as a parent-cooperative. The 5-plus class is conducted as a student-teacher classroom situation.
The school wants children to feel good about themselves and to be prepared for kindergarten by:
- developing a good self-concept
- developing a joy for learning
- accepting directions from adults other than parents
- respecting authority figures.
Classes
- Three-year-olds come from 9:00 to 11:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Four-year-olds come from 9:00 to 11:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- The 5-plus children come from 12:30 to 3:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Fees
- $60.00/month for 3-year-old classes
- $80.00/month for 4-year-old classes
- $90.00/month for the 5+ class
